  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix together flour and baking powder in large bowl.
  3. Use cheese grater to grate frozen butter into the bowl with the flour.
  4. Mix butter and flour together a bit.
  5. In a small bowl, beat egg and mix in milk.
  6. Transfer milk mixture to flour and mix until just combined.
  7. Transfer dough to a well-floured surface, bring together and flatten.
  8. Fold dough over itself like you’re folding a letter to go into an envelope. Flatten and repeat 5 times, alternating between folding vertically and horizontally to maintain a square shape.
  9. Cut down the middle vertically and horizontally so you have 4 equal squares, then cut each square diagonally so you have 8 triangles.
  10. Bake at 425°F until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
